All these while, nothing in particular happen. Still in the midst of striving a better future and trying my hardest to break out of this poverty circle.
For the past few days had been busy working and preparation for my upcoming first module in Apmi.
Came to a conclusion that after all DFS is not a living hell as what others had described and though it my 1st month there I think by working there one can gain a different kind of exposure and experiences.
DFS is well known for being a very sales driven company which is very different from other departmental stores, through training like SALES CULTURE and TOTAL LUXURY CARE it actually equip the knowledge that a typical sales promoter at some departmental stores won't get to equip, at the sales floor everyone is so competitive yet at the same time they work in harmony and you can see the unity among them.
Of course, DFS is dealing with international patrons and let me tell you it not easy because different countries have their own unique cultures and in order to grab hold of the sales, every info have to be at your finger tips, from exchanging of currency's rate to their cultures etc.
You really have to drill yourself with the knowledge lectured by DFS and not for the sake of doing it, it just for sake of gaining the adequate exposure and experiences which will enable you to be more confident when it comes to Sales or PR in the future.
Lastly, I simply love the AUNTIES over there because they are just so different from others!
