Gary, i have know you since you were 12. Even at that time, you come across to me as an independent little boy who could take care of himself. Unfortunately, we had misunderstandings and our friendship did not turn out so well. But i have always cared about your well being, believe it or not. LOL.
There is no doubt in my mind that you will be able to make something of yourself one day. But remember, when things gets too difficult, do not be afraid to get help. At least, someone here is willing to .
Take care, XiaoGary. Someone DOES care. -

start taking more control of ur life dude. being born in a less fortunate family doesn't mean you have every right to screw ur life up. army will definitely teach you more about life. nobody said life was a bed of roses. army is not an easy phase of life. many trival things you have to be very careful. what abt studies? i know you are not a stupid boy. u may think u have already worked very hard but i have to tell you u have not. if you have, and still failed the exams, that only means you have to work doubly hard. club less and read more books. and smoke n drink less these substances deplete your brain cells. i understand your situation may always put you at a disadvantage like financially but it really do not attribute to self pity and self-destruction. i have seen kids grown up in even less fortunate families than you but they are very disciplined children and they do also grow up to be successful young men. My last words are: do not let self-pity drown you and being born in a less fortunate family DOES NOT give you every right to do badly in life. and PLEASE PICK URSELF UP FROM RIGHT NOW!
